Godspeed, My Friends

Earlier today I found out that many of my friends, who are being deployed with the Georgia Army National Guard's 48th Brigade, have had their activation date moved up to the 6th of December. One of my closest friends is going to be stationed in Baghdad, about 25 miles away from Fallujah.

Some have said that my undying support for our current military operations is because I had yet to be personally affected by it (which isn't true anyway), but this is just more proof that I have been affected by it. Though it is sad to see them go, I understand why they must go & will fully support them in whatever way I can.

On that note, send pizza to the IDF! And support our troops!
